Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with JDL Industries, Inc. Please review our return and refund policy below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Authorization

All requests for return authorization must be received by JDL Industries, Inc. within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery and submitted in writing. We will review your request and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if the request is approved.

All returns sent to us without prior written approval and an approved RMA number will be refused or returned to you at your expense. For all unapproved returns, you are responsible for all freight and delivery charges.

Conditions for Returns

We will accept Products returned for credit or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Products were purchased directly from JDL Industries, Inc. and are still being offered for sale by us
  • The Products have not been modified in any way from their original formula, carton, and condition
  • The Products are not expired and must have a minimum of 50% shelf life remaining, where applicable
  • The Products are in full standard factory/JDL cartons

Special Orders

No returns shall be allowed on special order Products. Any goods specifically purchased, manufactured, or prepared for you may not be cancelled once the product has been ordered, manufactured, or is in the process of being manufactured. You are responsible for the full invoice amount if cancellation is requested after the goods have been ordered or manufacturing has begun.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by JDL Industries, Inc., transportation costs and risk of damage or loss in transit for returned Products shall be borne by you.

Restocking Charge

Any Products authorized for return that are being returned as a result of your error in ordering shall be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge.

Credits and Refunds

Credit will be issued at our invoiced price less our standard handling charge, where applicable.

Damaged Products

You are responsible for inspecting all Products upon delivery. If Products are damaged by the carrier, you must process all claims for damaged Products directly with the carrier within 72 hours of receipt. You are responsible for any and all expenses related to the carrier claim and remain liable for payment of goods to JDL Industries, Inc. regardless of the outcome of any carrier damage claim.

Remedy Period

If Products furnished to you fail to conform to the terms of your order or to any express warranty provided at the time of sale, during a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, JDL Industries, Inc. shall, at its option, either: credit or refund the purchase price, repair such non-conforming goods at a mutually satisfactory location, or replace such goods at the original point of delivery.
